Unsustainable Magazine is a reader-first publication. We sometimes work with brands and agencies through paid partnerships — but we do not sell conclusions, endorsements, or “advertorials dressed as journalism.”
Our partnership content is built to stand on its own: if a partner link disappeared tomorrow, the article should still be useful, accurate, and worth reading.

What we offer
We publish evergreen, evidence-led guides that help readers make informed decisions. Partnerships are structured as a single, relevant mention/link within a genuinely useful piece — not as a promotional listicle.
Packages (all pricing in USD)
- Placement + editorial review (you provide the draft): from $300
For already-strong drafts. Light edits included (not a rewrite). Includes one partner link. - Editorial partnership guide (we write from scratch): from $600
Research-led, reader-first guide with independent sources and a “how to choose / how to vet” section. Includes one partner mention/link as an example/resource. One revision round included. - Feature / interview: from $900
Deeper sourcing and narrative polish. Still reader-first, not a puff piece. One revision round included.
Optional add-ons:
- Fast turnaround (72 hours): +$150
- Additional revision round: +$75
- 90-day refresh: +$150 (update links/sources, minor improvements)
How it works
- Enquiry: you send your business details, budget, timeline, and the URL you want included.
- Fit check: we confirm whether the partnership aligns with our audience and standards.
- Angle selection: we propose 2–3 reader-first article angles designed to be useful and defensible.
- Draft + revision: we write/edit, then you get one revision round (focused on factual accuracy, not marketing tone).
- Publish: the piece goes live with a transparency disclosure.
What we need from you
- Who you are (brand or agency)
- What the business does (one paragraph)
- Your budget and preferred timeline (USD)
- The exact URL you want included
- Any claims you want to make (so we can assess evidence and wording)
Standards (non-negotiables)
- We retain full editorial control over structure, sources, wording, and conclusions.
- No “best” claims unless they can be independently verified.
- No guaranteed SEO outcomes (rankings, traffic, dofollow promises, etc.).
- Reader value comes first: we may include alternatives, caveats, trade-offs, or critique where it helps readers.
- We decline harmful or predatory niches (including gambling, payday loans, essay mills, tobacco, and similar).
Examples
Here are a few pieces that show our editorial approach and tone:
- Low-tox deep cleaning in Singapore’s humidity
- How to buy ethical lab-grown diamond jewelry
- Mangrove forests: environment and economy
